I am a professional tractor trailer driver and having a radar detector that works and gives me the maximum warning is a big key to being efficient at my job. I like to use a remote mounted antenna on the cab of my truck for my STi-R to get the best coverage possible.

To install this antenna on the roof I had to use this extension cord to get the length I needed to get all the way to the top of the cab. Plus with proper placement around the other antennas on my truck it is easier to hide that I am running a radar detector in my truck. A must have for any professional driver!
